Online orders are shipped with information regarding exchanges and refunds. All refunds and exchanges require an original receipt, your name, and your order number to process. All returns must adhere to the General Information guidelines found below. Unsure? Contact Us.

General Information

All refunds are subject to the condition of the materials being returned.

📚 Textbooks

• Textbooks may be returned up to the last Friday of January, May, and September.

• Books purchased after these dates are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.

• To qualify for a refund, textbooks must be in new condition:

  • No writing, highlighting, or damage

  • No bent spines or covers

  • No dirt or wear

  • Shrink-wrapped items must remain unopened

• Re-stocking fees may apply.

• Custom courseware and kits are non-refundable. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item.

• Publisher defects are eligible for a straight exchange only.

• Access codes are final sale.

• Shrink-wrapped textbooks cannot be returned once opened.

 

🎒 Supplies, Clothing & Giftware

• An original Mohawk College Campus Stores receipt is required for all returns.

• A full refund may be issued within 30 days of the original purchase.

• Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Lab supplies

  • Calculators

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Electronics

• Items must be new and unused to be eligible for a refund:

  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange

• Refunds will not be issued for discontinued or clearance merchandise.
